Malted Muscles (for 1)   
Blend the following:

1 cup soy milk, low fat milk or water
1 cup cold water
3 tablespoons ovaltine Malt
1 serve of chocolate or vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon lecithin granules

Bounce out of Bed Juice (for 2)  
Juice the following:

½ peeled small pineapple
2 apples cored
4 scrubbed carrots
1 peeled orange

Love your Liver (for 2)  
Blend the following:

1 lemon peeled
Small piece of fresh root ginger (peeled & finely chopped)
2 cored apples
3 peeled oranges
½ banana

Super Cleanse  
Juice the following:

2 carrots
½ cucumber
1 small fresh beetroot
Small piece of fresh root ginger (peeled & finely chopped)
1 clove garlic, crushed and left to stand for 5 minutes before juicing (optional)

Kiwi-Lime Whip   
Blend the following until smooth and creamy

3 kiwi fruit chopped & peeled
4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
½ pkt soft silken tofu
½ cup organic apple juice
½ cup chilled water
1 frozen banana

Power Surge
Blend together:

1 cup vanilla soy or rice milk
2 frozen bananas
¼ cup wheatgerm
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
¼ cup raw pecans or almonds
1 serve protein powder
½ cup frozen apple juice concentrate
1 tsp spirulina powder (optional)

High C Smoothie 
Blend following ingredients:

1 cup fresh orange juice
1 cup fresh pineapple juice
1 cup carrot juice
2 kiwi fruit peeled (optional)
1 red pepper seeded & chopped
1 tsp Vitamin C powder

Bulge Basher  
Blend the following ingredients:

1 banana
2 kiwi fruit
2tbsp low-fat natural yoghurt
Pinch of cinnamon
75ml apple juice

Power Breakfast Smoothie 
Blend the following ingredients:

1 cup strong green tea
1 cup strong ginseng tea
1 frozen banana
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ cup chilled apple or orange juice
2 tablespoons wheatgerm
1 tablespoons flaxseed oil
2 teaspoons spirulina
1 teaspoon bee pollen

Minty & Cheeky  
Blend the following ingredients:

4 kiwifruit (peeled and chopped)
3 Tablespoons snipped wheat grass
Juice of two large juicy limes
2 Tablespoons fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup ice cubes
Apple juice – enough for a smooth and drinkable consistency)

Passionately Mint
Blend the following ingredients

1 cup frozen blueberries, preferably wild
1 cup vanilla soy milk
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons fresh mint leaves, rinsed, dried, and torn into small pieces
2 ice cubes

Minty Fresh Muscles – to maximise your workout  
Blend the following ingredients:

200g frozen berries
1 large banana
2-3 fresh mint leaves
200ml unsweetened apple juice

Why it works?
Berries are low in fat, low GI for steady energy release, and rich in phytochemicals that quash cell-damaging free radicals. Bananas and apples are stuffed with vitamin C, which helps your muscles recover quicker after the gym. Mint contains omega 3 fatty acids, which help your body process protein and prevent muscle deterioration.


Fat Busting Mint Smoothie
Blend the following ingredients:

1 medium ripe bananas
1 large mango (450g)
5tbsp low-fat natural yoghurt
2tbsp pumpkin seeds
A handful of fresh mint leaves
